Terms of use
The app
Barelyy compares the dates and places saved in your photos with a database of public events. A result means your photo and an event were close in place and time. It does not mean you met or saw anyone.
Accuracy
Event records come from public sources and may be incomplete or wrong. Distances are approximate. Do not rely on a result as a statement of fact about any person.
Purchases
The first 10 moments are free. Unlocking all moments is a single purchase through Apple and does not renew. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
Sharing
You are responsible for what you share. Share cards use your own photo and never include anyone else’s portrait.
Licences
Event records come from the sources listed under Sources, each used under its own licence. Portraits are used under the licences shown with them.
Changes
These terms may be updated with the app. Continuing to use Barelyy after an update means you accept the new terms.
